What an unusual name! I suppose you know that Buckland Dragonslayer is also Brock Polly's sire? I guess they were worried when they realised Polly was in foal to her own sire, so decided that a healthy foal was a gift from Fate. I should think the only person who could give you any background information would be your boy's breeder - the name and address will be in his passport.

Polly has had 5 foals for 5 different owners so I doubt if Rhi knows anything about that one, but I'm sure she'd like to see a photo of your pony Happy

yeahh it is an unsual name when we got him he had been saved from slaughter and had no handling but he loved people Smile he has really big ears and looks a bit like a donkey :L he is iron grey with A white mane and tail.
When we 1st got him he was called moley and he didn't respond to it so we changed it to sambuka. He is very stubord and i has taken over a year to work on him to get him out front and out on his own he was just rear :S but he is soo much better now. he dont load cuz of the slaughter but he is getting there.

You'll need to upload it to photobucket, then copy and paste the IMG code.
